Update: customer service rectified the situation

I recently placed my third order with kiddicare—the first two times I got the starter bundle. I really like the diapers but didn’t want to start a subscription at this point in time, so I decided to order a few of the single packs of diapers instead. I ordered 4 packs for a total of $60. They sent only one single pack, so I am currently out $60 for 40 diapers. I have emailed customer service with no reply as of yet, and as parents know, 40 diapers won’t get us far especially when I ordered 160. There is no phone number to call for a quicker resolution to this issue. Pretty disappointed.
Edit to add: customer service did get in touch within a few days, and sent me 4 packs of diapers in addition to the single pack I already received, essentially giving me a free pack for the trouble. It did take about a week from the time of the receipt of the original package, to get the other diapers, but overall I am pleased with how the situation was handled.
