We ship to all doorsteps in the continental U.S. plus the District of Columbia via USPS. We currently do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, DPO addresses or U.S. territories.
Kiddicare provides free shipping on orders over $55. If you do not reach our free shipping threshold, then our system will automatically add $9.99 for shipping.
We reserve the right to condense shipments if there are multiple orders going to the same ship to address to maximize shipping efficiency.
Delivery times may vary based on your location. Typically, orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders ship via USPS with a transit time of 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Our warehouses are closed on weekends and major holidays. Customers also have the option to expedite their orders for $25 with UPS 2Day.

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
Once a package leaves our warehouse in the suburbs of Pittsburgh, PA, it is in the hands of the carrier and thus you will need to reach out to the carrier for assistance in tracking/locating your product. We are only able to check the tracking status using the tracking number. If it shows as delivered, but you have not received it, you will need to file a lost package claim OR if there has been no movement on your package for several days, you will need to reach out and file a lost package claim.
